99 Medical Books Return & Refund policy of product is as per following term and conditions.

Order Before Dispatch:

  • Once Order has been placed can be cancel within 4 hours with 100% refund but after 4 Hours and within 24 Hours Only 80% amount will be refunded back.
  • Refund amount will take 7 Working days to get back in your account.
  • 100% shipment cost will be refunded back to you.
  • Can replace the order within 24 hours.

Once order is Dispatched:

  • 99 Medical books will return 70% of the item cost in-case you have changed your mind or you are not satisfy with the quality or Misprinting.
  • Shipment cost will not be refunded back.
  • Buyer will have to return the item within 15 days at given address on Parcel and will have to pay the shipment cost whatever it would be.
  • We are not responsible of any damage of item done by Currier Company.
  • We will not refund for any damage item.
  • In-case you will not pay the Custom or Import tax at given time then your parcel will be returned and you will be able to get just 75% of its refund.
  • We are not the publisher so the quality of Paper or any misprinting is not our responsibility.
  • All the products description is given on product page so first read and then place your order.
  • If delivered Item is not as per its description then 99 Medical Book it liable to refund 100% of particular item cost.

Currier Companies:

  • We deal with DHL, Skynet, Fedex, NTL & DPEX Currier companies.
  • Our Dispatch team decide which Currier service should be use for the shipment and it is on based on low cost & fast service.

Custom Duty & other Taxes:

  • We are not responsible for any Custom Duty or any tax charges by the import policy of the buyers Country.
  • However in case of Custom Duty or import Tax charges Currier company will inform you and help you to pay the taxes and deliver you the parcel ASAP.
  • On Customer Demand, Just to stay away from a huge amount of custom or Tax, we will not mention the exact cost of the item on parcel.
  • For India, Bangladesh and Sri lanka we will not mention the Actual cost.

Dispatch Policy:

  • Once order is placed, will be dispatch after 24 Hours and within 48 Hours.
  • We have 5 Warehouses around the globe, So we dispatch the Order as per the low cost shipment policy.(From which Warehouse shipment will be low)
  • Warehouses located at ; USA, Germany, Malaysia, Dubai, Pakistan.
  • Our Dispatch team make sure that the parcel is packed in a proper way.
